Rules

Realism:

This is a realism unit which represents the Luftwaffe’s JG51. This means that applications are made and checked in a serious and realistic matter.
Paperwork will be done (after-action reports, discharge documents, application documents, briefings, guides, and most important of all the score counter).
We work by a chain of command. Respect that.
Respect the people and the rank they are assigned.
Follow orders, in and out of combat (Abuse of this rule will result in punishment).
We, as humans, are equal. Nobody is better or worse than anybody - You can never not do something, you just can't do it yet.

What are our goals?

First of all, we want to be a great, socially embossed community where everyone helps everyone, and opinions are respected.
Our Official goal is to become one of the best War Thunder MilSim air units available, where our first goal is expressed most.
Military behavior within the community - For fun & realism.
A limited form of order and obedience (meaning you just talk in a mature way and respect the ranks).
Having a community where the members share their ideas and thoughts to improve the unit.

What we are we looking for?

At least 16 years old (If younger, must prove your maturity)
Everyone is welcome, regardless of their experience level. Beginners are trained, advanced pilots will pass on their experience to the beginners.
Even if we take pilots every experience level, the goal of the squadron, however, is taking part in the fighting in the highest difficulty ("Simulator Battles").
In other words, the goal of every squadron member should be to improve their aeronautical, tactical, strategic and articulation skills to compete with only the best.
People willing to be active, to participate, and to be respectful.

How our chain of command works:

The ranks are reflected by aeronautical skill, tactical talent, strategic skill, and unit responsibilities.
Since we are still a very young unit, it is possible to rapidly rise within the ranks with the appropriate commitment, skill and dedication.
During combat, you will follow your orders from your flight leader.
Promotions will be made by time, skill and combat results.
Medals do not count in your progress towards a promotion, but rather as a separate, additional form of awarding skill and performance.

What does JG51 provide?

A community that nothing short of aims to be the best squadron to see service in War Thunder.
Training for beginners, tips for veterans, and for having fun.
A great community of flight enthusiasts and simulator enthusiasts.
A nice relaxing round with friends after a hard day of work, college or family day, where conflicts and disagreements are resolved peacefully.
However, little problems are never swept under the carpet and will be dealt with.
